92F Petroleum Supply Specialist

Job Description Fuel is one of the most vital components of the Army National Guard. It keeps Soldiers moving forward and as a Petroleum Supply Specialist, you will ensure that they never run out of fuel by properly handling, storing, and shipping petroleum-based products such as oil, fuel, and compressed gas. Advanced Petroleum Supply Specialists may also take on supervisory and training responsibilities, ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Job Duties Supervise and manage the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum products. Operate specialized pumping equipment to load trucks, ships, trains, and aircraft. Select and submit samples of petroleum-based products for testing. Perform petroleum and water accounting activities. Test petroleum samples for contamination. Repair specialized equipment. Ensure compliance with facility safety procedures and storage guidelines. Supervise, train, and evaluate other Soldiers and spot check work quality.
