Chief Legal Officer - Cannabis & Regulated Industry

Bloom Dispensaries in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a part-time General Counsel who operates as a senior enterprise leader, guiding strategy, governance, and enterprise risk in a highly regulated cannabis environment. This in-office role requires three days per week on site (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), with quarterly travel to Ohio and Maryland for on-site compliance and audits. The ideal candidate has a JD or equivalent, 10+ years of senior leadership, and a demonstrated ability to align legal affairs #J-18808-Ljbffr Bloom Dispensaries
