Wir wachsen und suchen eine strukturierte und kommunikative Unterstützung (m/w/d) für unser Backoffice!
Du kommst aus dem Bereich Innenausbau, Schreinerei oder Küchenplanung, hast aber keine Lust mehr auf Baustelle oder reine Fachberatung vor Ort? Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hältst uns im Hintergrund gerne den Rücken frei? Dann suchen wir genau dich für eine Halbtagsstelle (100 % Homeoffice)!
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Lead-Management: Sichtung, Bewertung und Vorfilterung von neuen Kundenanfragen (Leads).
- Kundenkontakt: Telefonische Klärung von grundlegenden Rahmenbedingungen und Einsammeln fehlender Daten für die erste Angebotserstellung.
- Angebotserstellung: Selbstständiges Schreiben und Nachfassen von Angeboten.
- Kundenbetreuung: Schriftliche und telefonische Beantwortung von Kundenrückfragen.
- Interne Kommunikation: Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Team, damit alle Aufträge reibungslos laufen.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Branchenerfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Innenausbau, Türhandel, Schreinerei, Interior Design oder Küchenplanung und sprichst die Sprache unserer Kunden.
- Tech-Skills: Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen (wir nutzen OrgaMax für die Auftragsbearbeitung und Close als CRM) oder bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität mit.
- Soft Skills: Du bist kommunikationsstark (besonders am Telefon), lernst schnell und arbeitest absolut eigenständig und strukturiert.
