Press Brake Operator

Cincinnati, OH 45251
Pay: $20–$26/hr+

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate a CNC hydraulic press brake to bend and form metal parts to specifications
• Set up and adjust machines for different jobs
• Select the proper tooling and machine settings
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate parts
• Use measuring tools such as protractors, angle finders, and tape measures
• Calibrate gauges and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Follow production requirements and maintain a steady workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience operating a CNC hydraulic brake press
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience selecting tooling and setting up machines
• Comfortable using protractors, angle finders, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Strong understanding of measurements, fractions, ratios, percentages, and basic shop math
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No certifications required

Physical & Work Environment

• Primarily an indoor manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and operating hand and foot controls
• Regular reaching, gripping, twisting, bending, and handling materials
• Must be able to occasionally lift 35–50 lbs.
• Exposure to industrial noise and varying temperatures
• Safety glasses are required; gloves and hearing protection may be required as appropriate
