Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) to provide behavioral support across K–12 schools. BHT's will serve in roles that are floating, 1:1 or group settings to support behavioral support staff, assisting students who demonstrate behavioral needs, with a primary focus on students with Autism and Emotional Support needs.

Behavior Health Technician Schedule:

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Behavior Health Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral and educational support.
• Assist students with Autism and emotional/behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior support strategies as directed by the educational team.
• Support students across classrooms and school settings as needed.
• Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Behavior Health Technician Qualifications:

• Current BHT Certification required
• Safety-Care or restraint training preferred
• Experience supporting students with Autism or behavioral needs preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and students.
