Platform Director

Primary Location: Onsite (2 days per week in the Loop) Position Type: Direct Hire Must be Citizen or Green Card ewA Platform Director. This is a Direct Hire role, onsite, for a fast-growing wealth management technology platform that is scaling through an active acquisition strategy. This position exists to lead the technology conversion of newly acquired firms onto a unified advisor platform, owning the full migration journey from legacy systems (CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal) to the standard platform stack, while coordinating cross-functional teams and technology vendors to deliver smooth, high-quality transition What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experie nce)5-10 years of experience in financial services technology, operations, or wealth-focused SaaSA direct track record of executing system conversions or platform migrations, ideally multiple, across different firms or environm entsStrong understanding of financial services operations, ideally with exposure to wealth management workflows such as client onboarding, fee billing, or portfolio repor tingComfortable working hands-on with data to reconcile and validate accuracy during system convers ionsStrong project management and stakeholder management skills across complex, multi-vendor workstr eamInterpersonal savvy — able to read people and situations accurately and adjust approach to work effectively across t eamsComfortable managing complexity and competing priorities without oversimplif What You’ll Do (Skills Used in this Posi tion)Own end-to-end migration of newly acquired firms from legacy platforms onto the organization's standard advisor technology suite, coordinating internal and partner firm teams and technology vendors across all workst reamBuild and maintain repeatable migration playbooks to support scalable onboarding as the organization continues to grow through acquis itionLead data migration and validate conversion accuracy across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal sy stemsServe as the primary point of contact for acquired firm leadership and operations teams throughout the migration pr ocessMaintain delivery tracking and reporting across all active onboarding workst reamCollaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teams to align onboarding work with organizational prior #J-18808-Ljbffr BinaryBees Business Solutions LLC
