Payroll Specialist - Bilingual

This role is located in Fort Collins, CO and is fully in-person. 

If you are fluent in both English and Spanish but feel that customer service is your native tongue, this could be the time to consider a career in payroll. You’d have to be good with numbers, a power user of office-type software, a quick study, and have a fascination with the success of small businesses. We don’t require payroll experience, though experience in AP/AR, banking, or data entry would be ideal.

Our Bilingual Payroll Specialist will:

• Train English- and Spanish-speaking customers to use our payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding software (isolved).
• Process incoming payrolls for clients.
• Apprise customers of payroll laws and regulations that impact their business.
• Maintain employee records
• Enter payroll and other HR data.

We seek a Bilingual professional who has:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an office environment with demonstrated proficiency in math and data entry
• The desire to learn and assimilate complex payroll laws, regulations, and taxes
• The innate ability to build customer confidence and lasting relationships
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling you to write, read, and speak in both languages so well that those who understand only one can understand you.
• Organizational skills and the inclination to take initiative and use independent judgment.

Our expected pay range for this position is $21.65 - $31.25 per hour at 25-40 hrs per week, depending on availability.
