About This Role

Robin’s Place Childcare is seeking a dedicated and strong-character individual to lead our afterschool program !

Responsibilities:

✔ Build positive, trusting relationships with school-aged children

✔ Effectively manage behavior in a small group setting

✔ Create a fun, structured, and engaging environment

✔ Passionate about working with children

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Experience in behavior management is a plus

M,T,Th,F -1:30-6:30 W-11:30-6:30

• Monitor behaviors and activities of school-aged children
• Supervise independent play and group interactions
• Assist with homework and provide academic support
• Plan and facilitate small projects and activities
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot behavioral challenges
• Maintain daily records and ensure a safe, structured environment
• Transport from local schools to the center

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation
• A growth mindset and a passion for working with children
• A Valid Drivers License/Clean record
