• Shadow members of the operations team to gain insight into project management, scheduling, and site coordination
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and filing
• Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Participate in meetings and take notes to help track project progress
• Conduct research related to construction materials, safety protocols, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with various departments to understand project workflows and operational processes

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
