Press Brake/Machine Operator in Urbana, OH - 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery to produce sheet metal and enclosure components
Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals
Use hand and power tools, along with measuring equipment, to ensure quality
Inspect parts and perform basic machine maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete required documentation
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team
