As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll connect with clients virtually, provide support and information regarding benefits and coverage options, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role combines customer service, communication, and relationship-building in a fully remote environment with ongoing mentorship and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
