Description

The Remote Account Resolution Representative contacts customers to assist them in fulfilling their financial obligations. Through outbound and inbound call efforts, the Representative helps settle account balances and set up payment arrangements. No prior experience in collections is required; Annuity Health will provide training on software, applicable laws, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
