We’re seeking a high-caliber Endodontist who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy—so you can focus on dentistry, not the day-to-day management of a practice.

Responsibilities

Bright Now! Dental an affiliate of Smile Brands, is dedicated to delivering full-service dentistry at our thriving, high-volume practices.

Endodontists enjoy a competitive production-based compensation plan, with average earnings ranging from $8K to $10K+ per day.

Qualifications

What We Need From You Clinically

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• Endodontic Specialty Certificate
• Active DEA License (or in process)

Your Role as an Endodontist with Bright Now! Dental

You will provide a wide range of endodontic procedures for your patients and provide support for our entire dental team at each dental practice you visit. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their endodontic needs and you will not have to worry about the day-to-day operations of running a practice.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of net production
