Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Open to both experienced Speech Language Pathologists and recent graduates
• SLPA candidates with school or healthcare experience will be considered
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Enthusiastic about working in an elementary setting
• Flexibility for onsite and potential virtual service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans
• Document progress and communicate effectively with educational stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Adapt service delivery to meet student needs—onsite initially, with a possible shift to remote (voco) arrangements
• Manage a caseload within a standard 37.5-hour workweek
