Job Summary:
Works with or redesigns client provided files for printing. Utilizes design software, perform order entry, assist bindery and overall printshop support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operates both Mac and PC computers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Provides customer service and answers telephones.
- Understands and communicates regarding daily workflow schedule.
- Proficient using print shop management software (Printer's Plan) a plus.
- Reads and understands work orders.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
Licensure/Certification Requirements :
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License Professional
Experience Requirements:
- Three (3) years of graphic design experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and balance multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with clients as well as colleagues.
- Willingness and ability to assist with bindery tasks and hand work.
- Willingness and ability to lift and transport printing materials from one facility to another.
