Lead Agentic AI Solutions Architect

Salary: $122,100 - 162,800 per year Requirements:

• We look for a degree or equivalent background, with typically 10+ years of relevant experience; fewer years may be considered with a Masters or Doctorate.
• We require 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, application development, or platform engineering.
• We require 5+ years designing and delivering AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• We value hands-on experience building AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in enterprise settings.
• We need strong Python skills and practical experience with agentic software engineering methods.
• We seek experience designing enterprise integrations using MCPs, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• We look for a proven track record of leading technical delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• We expect excellent communication, collaboration, and solution leadership capabilities.
• Preferred: strong understanding of large language models, including tokenization, context windows, and model capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Preferred: experience designing function-calling patterns, tool integrations, and structured schemas.
• Preferred: expertise with Azure Cloud services, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud-native architecture approaches.
• Preferred: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.
• Preferred: experience implementing human-in-the-loop processes for critical business workflows.
• Preferred: understanding of Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• We require ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods and participate in virtual collaboration sessions.
• We may require limited travel of up to 10% for meetings, workshops, or strategic planning.

• We own the full lifecycle of agentic AI and automation solutions, from discovery and architecture through deployment and operational support.
• We identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases aligned with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
• We design scalable agentic AI architectures integrated with Agent Hub, enterprise platforms, APIs, and business workflows.
• We lead technical design decisions involving LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and automation technologies.
• We partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, solution roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
• We establish engineering standards, architecture patterns, governance controls, and reusable AI capabilities.
• We drive Responsible AI practices, including governance, security, observability, risk management, and human oversight.
• We mentor engineers and architects while fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
