Join a year-round residential construction team building approximately 20 new homes annually. The Carpenter Apprentice will learn and develop proficiency across all stages of new home construction while working under the direct supervision and mentorship of a lead carpenter. This role offers structured skill-level advancement, a pathway toward an apprenticeship credential, and potential promotion to journeyman carpenter. Work will take place across multiple local and regional job sites based on project needs. Responsibilities

• Handle and organize construction materials.
• Assist with residential framing activities.
• Support cutting and preparation of construction materials.
• Assist the lead carpenter across all stages of new home construction.
• Maintain clean and orderly jobsites.
• Work across assigned local and regional residential job sites based on project needs.
• Progress through structured skill levels toward journeyman carpenter promotion and an apprenticeship credential.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in residential carpentry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Understanding of residential framing.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Physical stamina for residential construction work.
• Effective communication skills.
