Our breast imaging experts specialize in both screening and diagnostic imaging services for our patients, including mammography, 3D mammography (tomosynthesis), breast ultrasound and breast MRI. Our team also performs breast biopsies as part of breast cancer diagnosis. Our breast imaging researchers evaluate new technologies to better diagnose and treat breast tissue abnormalities. Some examples of our current research projects include evaluation of pre-operative localization techniques in the breast and axilla and evaluation of artificial intelligence applied to breast imaging triage, characterization and diagnosis. Johns Hopkins Imaging in Bethesda is currently looking for a full-time Mammography Technologist to join our elite Radiology team. As a Mammo Tech you will perform mammographic procedures of a routine and difficult nature, and train/evaluate other technologists in performing mammographic procedures. What Awaits You? ARRT Mammography certified with current registration. Radiography license by the Maryland Board of Physicians required. CPR certification required within three months of employment. 3 to 6 months experience performing mammography Radiology procedures Shift Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Important Notices Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum $39.56/hour - Maximum $65.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
