This is a results-driven growth marketing role focused on building qualified pipeline across diverse retail customer segments. You'll own integrated demand-generation programs spanning independent retailers, SMB chains, and national retail organizations. The role combines campaign strategy and hands-on execution across webinars, ABM, nurture programs, digital channels, and SDR enablement. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and executive stakeholders to turn messaging and strategy into measurable opportunities. Success will be measured through pipeline creation, conversion, revenue influence, and continuous campaign optimization. The position is well suited to an AI-native marketer who enjoys building programs from the ground up in a lean environment. You'll have broad exposure across demand generation and wider go-to-market initiatives while helping shape scalable marketing operations.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand-generation campaigns designed to create qualified pipeline across multiple retail segments.
• Plan and deliver webinars that educate prospective customers, generate engagement, and contribute qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
• Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic target accounts in close partnership with Sales.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts alongside Sales and align campaign activity with account-level opportunities.
• Own campaign calendars and coordinate execution from initial planning through launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Partner with Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into effective, measurable campaigns.
• Work closely with SDR and Sales teams to coordinate outreach, campaign follow-up, and enablement.
• Support social, digital, event, website, content, and other marketing initiatives that contribute to awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, campaign tagging, and reporting processes.
• Monitor MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, conversion rates, influenced revenue, and other performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Use campaign data and feedback from SDRs, Sales, and customers to identify experiments, improvements, and optimization opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing pipeline generation and return on investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or a closely related growth marketing function.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns for SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success generating measurable pipeline through multi-channel marketing programs.
• Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM), including strategic account identification, targeting, and campaign execution.
• An AI-native approach to marketing, with regular use of generative AI tools to accelerate campaign development, experimentation, and performance improvement.
• Experience building demand-generation programs in lean environments without relying on large paid-media budgets or extensive existing marketing infrastructure.
• Experience contributing beyond demand generation to broader marketing activities within a small or resource-conscious marketing organization.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
• Experience partnering closely with SDR and Sales organizations to align marketing activity with pipeline objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign ROI, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Experience marketing to retailers or buyers of physical security technology is preferred.

• Base salary of $110,000–$120,000 per year.
