This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in maintaining apartment communities, and can work independently while traveling between properties as needed. The technician will float between five apartment communities, providing maintenance support based on each property's daily needs. The communities are approximately 20-30 minutes apart, and mileage reimbursement is provided if travel between multiple properties is required during the workday.
