Quality Control Manager - Frederick, MD

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the programs Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly FAA requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related communications with the FAA and other regulatory bodies. Oversee corrective action processes and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and non-conformances. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with AS9100 standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality. Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes and best practices. Manage documentation related to quality assurance, including reports, audits, and corrective action plans.
