Industry-Leading Compensation

• Up to $60 per flat-rate hour
• Production Bonus: Turn 45+ hours and receive an additional $4 per flagged hour on every hour produced
• 120% Warranty Pay
  • If your flat-rate is $40/hour, warranty repairs pay $48/hour
• Sign-on bonus opportunities available for qualified Jeep and Ram-certified technicians

What You'll Work On

We're currently hiring technicians with experience in:

• Jeep Wrangler
• Jeep Gladiator
• Grand Cherokee
• Wagoneer & Grand Wagoneer
• Ram 1500
• Ram Heavy Duty
• Cummins Diesel
• Gas Engines
• Advanced Electrical Diagnostics
• Transmission Repair
• Suspension & Steering
• General Mechanical Repair

We also service all makes and models, giving well-rounded technicians even more opportunities to stay productive.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for professionals who have:

• 5+ years of technician experience preferred
• Jeep, Ram, or CDJR dealership experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude
• Dependable work ethic
• Team-first mentality

Outstanding technicians from independent repair facilities with strong diagnostic experience are encouraged to apply.
