To support a growing sales team, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will engage with families through inbound calls, guiding them in making informed decisions while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Drive 15-25 high-quality inbound calls with families and follow up as necessary Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and explain options clearly Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, including call reviews and weekly feedback meetings Required qualifications Strong drive and motivation to achieve sales goals Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing follow-ups Excellent phone presence with a warm and clear communication style Willingness to receive and act on feedback for continuous improvement Bonus for Spanish language skills or experience in trust-based industries such as healthcare or finance
