Are you a licensed Insurance Professional looking to grow your career? Join Gallagher's Las Vegas team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and take the next step with a global leader in insurance brokerage.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse book of business across hundreds of carriers nationwide. You'll gain hands-on experience with state regulations and insurance products, setting yourself up for rapid career growth within Gallagher's Global Brokerage business.

Position Details:

* Competitive Pay: $21.00/hour

* License: Must have an active P&C License in the State of Nevada

* Location: 777 N. Rainbow, Las Vegas

* Training: Onsite training.

* Hybrid Flexibility: In as little as 90-days of comprehensive training and demonstrated performance, you can earn the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in-office days for collaboration.

How you'll make an impact

* Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs.

* Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence.

* Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details.

* Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions.

About You

Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Preferred:

* Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.

* Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

* Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management).

* Background in high-volume call centers or fast-paced brokerages.

* Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU.

Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
