Job Summary Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a Registered Nurse for Level 2 Nursery/Mother Baby areas in the Family Birthplace department. A sign‑on bonus of up to $20,000 is available with no commitment or contract required. Location Harrisonburg, VA Shift Third (Nights) Experience & Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing (Required) Registered Nurse License (Required) Previous acute care nursing experience (Preferred) Transition to Practice / Nurse Residency Program Welcome new graduate nurses and experienced nurses moving into this specialty. The WH TTP program focuses on orientation transition with intentional knowledge support and skill acquisition for practice in Labor & Delivery (L&D) (14 weeks), Labor‑Delivery‑Recovery‑Postpartum (LDRP) (16 weeks), Antepartum (12 weeks), Mother/Baby (12 weeks), or Nursery (12 weeks). For new graduates, this TTP program is the start of a comprehensive 6‑month residency.
