This is an on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role with Vensure, responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions .
The position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. It requires a hands-on, high-volume recruiting approach , including active sourcing and cold outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
The role also involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
