Project Manager – Restoration ServicesWe're looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration jobs. From managing technicians to communicating with customers and adjusters, you'll be the key to delivering high-quality, on-time results after fire, water, or mold damage. If you're an organized leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in helping people during difficult times, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Review work orders and job scopes; ensure proper equipment is loadedOversee field crews to complete jobs on time and within budgetPerform site inspections and daily job monitoringCommunicate with clients throughout the project lifecycleTrack labor, materials, and equipment; identify billable eventsTake detailed documentation (photos, notes) and upload to job systemWrite and manage Xactimate estimates (mitigation & rebuild)Interface with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendorsEducate clients on the restoration process and timelinesPerform quality checks and collect signatures for job completionTrain and mentor new field staff as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED (college preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven leadership experience (leading at least 2+ people)Solid restoration or construction experienceExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy: comfortable with tablets, job software, and mobile toolsCustomer-first attitude with a professional, calm demeanorAble to work on-call as neededPreferred Certifications:WRT – Water Damage Restoration TechnicianASD – Applied Structural Drying TechnicianFSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration TechnicianOCT – Odor Control TechnicianPhysical Requirements:Lift/carry up to 70 lbs regularlyCrawl, squat, and work in tight or damp spacesMust be able to wear a fitted respiratorWork in variable conditions (indoor/outdoor, heat/cold, wet environments)Why Join Us?Be part of a team that restores homes, businesses, and livesLead field teams and grow your career in the restoration industryCompetitive compensation + opportunity for advancementSupportive team and strong leadershipApply now and take the lead on projects that truly matter.
