Responsibilities include:Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor salon professionalsTrain team members on company systems and proceduresOpen and set up new salon locationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with community administratorsServe as the primary liaison between the communities and the Regional DirectorSupport salon operations and ensure company standards are maintainedProvide salon coverage and perform hair and/or nail services as neededAssist residents in achieving their desired hair and nail care goalsTravel between assigned communities within your districtQualificationsActive state cosmetology and/or nail technician license (as applicable)Minimum of 3 years of professional salon experiencePrevious multi-unit management or leadership experience in a salon environment preferred by not requiredAbility to perform hair and/or nail servicesProficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and comfortable with technologyStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyCompassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional customer serviceExperience working with seniors is a plusIf you're passionate about leadership, enjoy helping salon professionals succeed, and want a career that offers work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you!
