Lee Health is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider!

Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group is looking for an experienced Palliative Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy growing practices in Fort Myers.

Long established Palliative Care program that is integrated into the health system

Hospital based Palliative Care as part of a multidisciplinary team with physician and medical social work support

Schedule is full-time Monday through Friday; covering 1 to 2 weekend days a month; service is 7 days a week

Will have dedicated location but may be asked to cover other locations based on census

Practices have strong clinical support using team-based care

EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both Inpatient and Outpatient settings

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and be able to obtain a Florida license
