Surgical Technologist
Job Details
Start Date: Within 2 weeks (9/14 or 9/21)
Schedule: 12-hour evening shift from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist or Surgical Tech with a variety of cases; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
License/Certification Requirements: NBSTSA certification preferred but not mandatory; BLS certification required.
Floating Requirements: No floating required.
Weekend Requirements: No weekend shifts required.
On-Call Requirements: Not mandatory; however, willingness to assist with on-call shifts is appreciated. On-call shifts would be from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights, once per week.
Holiday Requirements: No holiday shifts required.
Orientation and Credentialing
Orientation Length: 12 hours
Credentialing Requirements: Documentation due Thursday prior to start; includes documentation of drug screen, CBC, and Tspot/QuantiFERON gold test within 90 days of start.
