Automotive Accounting Office Clerk Acton Ford – Acton, MA Full-Time | Monday–Friday Position Summary Acton Ford is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Office Clerk to support daily dealership accounting and administrative operations. We operate in a team-oriented accounting office where cross‑training and collaboration are essential to supporting dealership operations. This is an IN OFFICE position. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment. Primary Responsibilities Process vehicle deals and funding packets File vehicle sales paperwork into deal jackets Prepare and maintain trade‑in vehicle jackets Follow up on lien payoffs to ensure timely title returns Issue stock numbers for new vehicle invoices Prepare key tags, window tags, and vehicle folders Scan warranty repair orders, parts invoices, and repair orders into the DMS system Reconcile daily deposits and petty cash Maintain organized office files and records Communicate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure accurate paperwork completion Participate in cross‑training and support general office operations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred 2 years of automotive, power sports, RV, or motorcycle dealership experience preferred Experience with dealership management systems (CDK or similar) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
