As a Banquet Administrator, you're not just supporting seamless operation of the Banquet Department you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep the team organized: Manage essential administrative tasks such as typing, filing, answering phone calls, maintaining calendars, and organizing mail and correspondence
• Maintain detailed documentation: Prepare, update, and track Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), meeting notes, and departmental records
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects: Support the planning and execution of departmental initiatives, activities, and special projects
• Deliver exceptional client service: Collaborate with the banquet team to address client needs and ensure a positive guest experience during events
