About this job… We’re looking for a detail-oriented Analytics & Systems Specialist to join our Revenue ManagementTeam . This role supports hotel pricing optimization, market sharegrowth, accurate topline forecasting, and process efficiency. The idealcandidate has advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, andhospitality experience—ideally in revenue management. You’llcollaborate with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to create efficiencies for the revenue team, by building andmaintaining reporting tools, monitoring performance, and driving data-informeddecisions across our hotel portfolio. What you’ll be doing… Buildand maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for pricing, forecasting, andperformance tracking Support monthly and annual forecasting by preparing and validating data inputs Conduct audits on distribution, rate loading, and other revenue-impacting processes Trainnew team members on tools, systems, and department processes Develop and refine reporting methodologies and explore automation opportunities Evaluateand implement AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy Requirements… 2+years in reporting, revenue management, or business analysis inhospitality Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, or OLAP data cubes) Familiaritywith hotel revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, OYv2) is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’sdegree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalentexperience) About First Hospitality...
