• Connect with clients and assess their coverage needs
• Educate individuals and families on available insurance solutions
• Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service

Job Details

Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Performance-based compensation structure with bonus opportunities
Typical first-year earnings range from $65,000–$120,000 based on performance and production
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required
Location: Baton Rouge – In-office position
