CJ’s Brewery is looking for a Front of House Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences , leading strong teams, and driving daily operations. Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a strong presence on the floor Set the tone for top-tier customer service and guest satisfaction Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts Ensure smooth service flow by working closely with kitchen leadership Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor execution Execute and support banquets, private events, and high-volume game days Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces at all times Manage labor, ordering, and cost controls to hit financial goals Handle guest feedback professionally and turn issues into positive experiences What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of full-service restaurant experience 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Organized, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Banquet/event experience is a big plus Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Must be 21+ What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time position with benefits A team-first culture focused on professionalism and success #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Hockey Arena
