Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for an immediate opportunity with a premier apartment community in the Austin area.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Tax Credit experience (required)
• Proven leasing, sales, and customer service experience
• Experience conducting property tours, processing applications, and managing resident relations
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
