Customer Service Specialist

Veterinary Growth Partners (VGP) is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help veterinary practices get the most value from their VGP membership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the veterinary industry, enjoys building relationships, and takes initiative to solve problems and improve the member experience. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating with veterinary professionals, members, and vendor partners.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and current VGP members.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide guidance on VGP membership benefits.
• Manage member accounts, including enrollments and account updates.
• Conduct onboarding and check-in calls with members.
• Support members in utilizing VGP's Vendor Benefits, Educational Programs, and Management Support.
• Assist with resolving member concerns and identifying solutions that support member satisfaction and retention.
• Evaluate non-routine member requests and use sound judgment when determining appropriate communication pipelines
• Provide accurate and consistent communication records
• Provide support to members attending workshops twice a year

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in the veterinary industry in some capacity.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with veterinary protocols, procedures, and products.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities and communication styles.
• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Work Environment & Benefits

This is a remote position and requires the ability to work effectively from a home office, with the opportunity to travel with the team 2 times per year.
