Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities relevant to client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers and psychiatrists to offer holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health and well-being are addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, using your expertise to guide them toward stabilization and support.

• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote the services available at our clinic, working to reduce stigma around seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and appreciating the unique cultural and socioeconomic contexts of these clients will be essential in tailoring effective therapeutic interventions and building trust.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with proven skills in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral approaches, or experience with specific populations (e.g., LGBTQ+ clients, substance abuse, etc.) will be highly regarded. Experience working in community health settings is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.
