Responsibilities Pay: $23 - $26 / hour Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models of DriveTime inventory vehicles. Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re‑work and delays. Document all work performed in DT systems. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain safety and compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in automotive repairs. Can troubleshoot basic automotive concerns. Communicate causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issues. Meet metric performance targets. Basic computer skills. Organized and punctual. Maintain a safe and compliant workspace. Follow DriveTime standards. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associate’s degree in automotive technology or 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Minimum age 18. Physical Requirements Lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority from knee‑to‑shoulder heights. Carry up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet. Stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping. Environment may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, with fumes. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask and other protective gear. Drive and type frequently. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Communicate in English in a safety‑sensitive/technical environment.
