What You'll Do:

✅ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment

✅ Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, sensors, relays, hydraulics, and pneumatics

✅ Maintain packaging, distribution, robotic, and material handling systems

✅ Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

✅ Use diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to identify and resolve issues

✅ Assist with PLC troubleshooting and maintain maintenance records in CMMS

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of maintenance experience with automated equipment or conveyor systems

✔ Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting

✔ Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

✔ Proficiency using a multimeter

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety

Bonus Skills:

⭐ PLC troubleshooting experience

⭐ Robotics, CMMS, or OEM maintenance experience

⭐ Technical degree, certification, or apprenticeship

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
