This individual will partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to create robust strategies related to proactively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assessing and recommending potential employees for Support Center roles. This position is based in Dallas, TX.The Talent Acquisition Partner is not a requisition processor. This is a full-cycle recruiting leader and strategic advisor responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent across the enterprise.You will partner directly with finance and corporate leaders to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive decision velocity.
