Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism SAP Management Level Director Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a SAP BRIM Consultant, Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to enhance customer relationship management processes and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will maintain executive-level client relations, translating vision into actionable strategies and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. Responsibilities - Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications - Analyzing client requirements to implement CRM software solutions that optimize customer relationship management processes - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications - Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success for the firm - Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment across the PwC Network - Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together - Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership and innovation - Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking to make strategic choices and drive change - Cultivating potential in others and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize client satisfaction What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM - Utilizing strategic mindset for business process improvement - Leading customer transformation initiatives with CRM software - Excelling in business technology and systemic thinking - Driving innovation through rapid experimentation and creativity - Cultivating customer engagement and relationship management skills Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
