Good Samaritan seeks a Regional Manager, Pharmacy to lead multi-site pharmacy operations within our faith-based, community-focused health center network. Reporting to executive leadership, this role oversees pharmacy strategy, staffing, compliance, and quality, ensuring safe, affordable, and accessible medications for underserved patients. The Regional Manager will drive performance improvement, optimize 340B and clinical programs, and collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and wellness teams to support whole-person care, advancing health equity in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.
