Responsibilities Achieve regional performance goals through our incentive program and manage sales performance by coaching Branch Managers to consistently meet sales and service goals. Develop Branch Manager leadership skills to drive employee engagement and overall retention. Lead the interviewing and hiring process for Branch Managers and manage hiring of regional branch employees. Coach Branch Managers on consistent branch sales strategies, establishing new bank relationships and deepening existing relationships for consumers and small businesses. Meet regularly with Branch Managers to determine action plans, oversee customer and business development efforts, and coach on needs‑based sales processes. Ensure branch teams deliver the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to internal and external customers. Serve as a role model for internal and external communication, addressing customer complaints promptly. Conduct sales and product training for regional branch teams, including needs‑based selling in person and on the phone. Review and recommend retail branch business development strategy and set branch incentive sales goals with the Director of Retail Banking. Provide regular feedback on sales measures and employee performance to the Director of Retail Banking. Assist in building strong referral relationships between Mortgage Originators, Business Development Officers, Commercial Lenders, and other departments. Participate in committees and project teams, ensuring execution of new products and initiatives in branches. Represent the Bank in community and industry activities, actively promoting interest in the Bank. Work closely with the Retail Branch Operations Group to reduce, control, and report risk efficiently, covering compliance, credit, liquidity, market, operations, and systems risk. Identify potential efficiency and process improvements. Ensure compliance with all procedures and applicable laws and regulations affecting assigned duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in bank management, business development/networking focused on sales and training. Proven ability to mentor and coach others with strong presentation and networking experience. Excellent management, customer service, and decision‑making skills. Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Attendance in office during normal business hours may be required to coordinate with multiple departments, projects, and outside entities.
