Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours per Week: 36 hours

Employment Type: Contract, W-2

Licensure/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Certification required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing, with inpatient hematology/oncology experience and chemo certification

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with acute leukemia and other hematology conditions
• Administer chemotherapy and blood products following strict safety protocols
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Manage IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, and feeding tubes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain infection prevention and fall prevention protocols
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) for accurate charting and documentation

What You Need

• Valid Ohio nursing license
• BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Certification
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hematology/oncology nursing experience
• Proficiency with MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Ability to start IVs and manage blood product administration

• NIHSS certification
• Experience with infection control protocols and patient safety initiatives
