The L&D RN will provide high-quality nursing care to obstetrical patients across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases, ensuring safety and exceptional care during labor, delivery, and immediate recovery. Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical care and continuous monitoring for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients. Triage, assess, and manage patients throughout active labor, delivery, and immediate post-anesthesia/recovery. Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, identifying and acting on critical changes promptly. Assist physicians during high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and related obstetrical procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain strict patient safety standards and quality of care. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care experience in Labor & Delivery. Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
