Optimum Connect Health Services seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide home-based care for pediatric and young adult patients in New York. This Per Diem, 1099 Independent Contractor role focuses on pain management and holistic well-being across Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Westchester.
