Senior Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive product development from concept to launch for an innovative manufacturer. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll own the entire program lifecycle managing cross‑functional teams, presenting to executive leadership, and mentoring the next generation of program managers. What You'll Do Manage complex product development programs through the build process Lead and mentor junior program managers while actively managing your own portfolio of programs Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership Oversee 1-5 concurrent programs depending on scope and complexity (ranging from 6-24 month cycles) Collaborate with engineering, design, suppliers, and production teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery Drive continuous improvement in program management processes What We're Looking For 5+ years of program/project management experience Background in automotive, RV, vehicle, truck, bus, or related manufacturing Strong executive presence and communication skills Experience mentoring and developing team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software (Siemens Teamcenter/NX) and Jira a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Sigil Partners
