You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and develop tactical plans that drive results, leveraging your deep understanding of engagement strategy deliverables. As a departmental leader, you will mentor junior talent, advocate for engagement strategy, and ensure seamless project execution. By inspiring teams and influencing strategic decisions, you'll drive business outcomes and agency growth.A DAY IN THE LIFEOversee assigned accounts, ensuring quality engagement deliverables and strategic recommendations.Interface independently with senior clients and Account leadership on existing and new business opportunities.Manage and mentor junior-level engagement strategists, fostering career development.Synthesize insights into actionable plans to drive brand goals, developing impactful engagement strategies.Build positive relationships with cross-functional teams (account management, strategic planning, media, creative) and partner with senior marketing clients to provide strategic guidance.Provide insights on on- and offline channels, evaluating value and limitations.Lead engagement strategy deliverables on new business pitches, presenting to clients and evangelizing engagement strategy's value.Direct accounts on opportunities, ensuring strategic and creative product quality, and collaborating with larger brand teams.Drive business outcomes by delivering high-quality engagement strategies and recommendations.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.9+ years of healthcare marketing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create complex presentations.Experience with brainstorming software (Stormz, Miro, Mural) and online collaboration platforms (Zoom).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present in high-pressure situations.Strong active listening skills, with a collaborative and constructive working style, and proven ability to influence others.Experience leading teams to make informed decisions, with the ability to balance multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate changing priorities. $160,000-$230,000To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
