As a Senior Associate, Field Development in JPMorgan Private Client, you will support the strategy and execution of a Relationship Manager center of excellence, including talent acquisition strategy, client advisory and sales training, and new Relationship Manager onboarding. You will partner across the Sales organization to deliver high‑impact programming that develops exceptional Relationship Managers capable of building successful businesses through client acquisition and deepening. Job responsibilities Support the management and execution of Relationship Manager onboarding end to end, including knowledge and skills development, client experience, and controls‑related processes. Partner across the Sales organization to identify and execute against the learning needs of the team. Develop high‑impact programming that equips Relationship Managers to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships. Develop and deliver sales training and coaching aligned with business priorities. Lead efforts to brand JPMorgan Private Client training collateral and resource sites. Create slide templates and training materials to ensure an elevated, consistent learning experience aligned with strategic priorities. Manage the execution of training logistics to ensure seamless delivery. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of financial services experience with a strong consultative background. Direct experience working with affluent clients and/or knowledge of the affluent wealth market. Knowledge of key drivers of client management success in the affluent market. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior management and influence multiple stakeholders. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and execute with urgency. Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization. Intellectually curious, client‑first mindset, team‑oriented, and high energy level. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in learning and development, training design, or talent development. Experience with training content creation and branding.
